Aqua One PremiumCarb Active Carbon 250g

Aqua One PremiumCarb  is manufactured using the highest quality raw materials and is capable of quickly and efficiently removing dissolved organics and waste from your aquarium water.

 

Phosphate free, polishes water making it crystal clear. Removes dissolved organics, medications, tannins and smells.

 

During its production the carbon is steamed, which enlarges the pore size and surface area. These microscopic pores eventually fill with waste. Once they do they begin to overflow and some of this waste (that was previously absorbed) is released back into your aquarium. Therefore it is essential that you remove the carbon once it has been used.

 

Aqua One recommends that PremiumCarb is replaced every 3-4 weeks.
